Each reservation requires a 50% deposit at the time of booking, and is refundable
(less processing fee of $50) only if guest house is rebooked. Remainder is
received upon arrival.

Additional Information
As this property is privately owned, management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, and will not be responsible to guests for loss of money, jewelry, or valuables of any kind. It is understood that guests of SkyArbor will not hold the owners liable for any accident or injury occurring on the property. Be advised to use caution driving on the road, as it is steep and could be hazardous. Do not drive off road. Permission is granted to walk within the fenced boundary; exercise caution in areas of rock, water, etc., especially with children. When wildlife is present, show caution and respect. To prevent the spread of noxious weeds, use care not to bring in outside plants and flowers. Campfires should be attended by adults and enjoyed only when wind and moisture conditions are favorable to prevent forest fire. The water hose should be placed close by to drown the embers after use. A horse and donkey --- Jack & Mae---  are kept in the fenced pasture below the house. Though they are friendly, please use caution around them and keep gates closed.
